Print Your Own Holiday Cards!!!

I know it can be pricey to buy holiday cards especially if you have lots of people to send them to. SO as of right now in the shop I have a print-your-own holiday card set! Only $12 and you can print as many as you need this year, next year, or any time! And the best part… super easy!

Print out as many as you need as often as you need them, or take the file to your local print shop and let them do the work!

Each PDF also includes a basic tutorial along with the name of our recommended cards and a link to them. They're great quality, super affordable, and you can find them almost anywhere!

For this PDF, you will need 4 ¼" × 5 ½" cards and voila! Cards in a few minutes!

The PDF will be sent to the e-mail address you have listed on Etsy (unless otherwise specified) within 48 hours of payment.

And I think they are pretty cute if I do say so myself. : )

HALF OFF a brand new print

UPDATE: If the print seems to be sold out it's not! I just may have not listed more. I am trying to keep them in the shop so just refresh the shop or check back in a few minutes and it will be there!!

My new print (in the shop now) Masked Kitty feels quite a bit Halloweeny, therefore it will be half off(!!!)—only $10—through November 1 PST.

Print measures 8 ½" by 11" including a small white border. Actual image size is about 7" by 10". Printed on archival velvet fine art stock using archival pigment ink.

Howdy!

There are two new prints in the shop and I'll tell you what, I really would almost always rather be sleeping, thrifting, or drawing of course. : ) So, I certainly get a kick out of these and I hope you do too!

In other news, I think I need a Bravo intervention. That and HGTV are all I watch lately when I work. : )

A slew of new prints

Well, first up, All My Little Friends is in the shop now!

They are LARGE and look fantastic printed!

Another more graphic print in the shop is "Progress".

The print measures 13 × 19.

Lastly, with Valentine's Day impending I know we want to say "I love you" to those nearest and dearest to us, but I also thought it would be a great way to give "much love" to those in need.

Inspired by a vintage doily, "Much Love" makes a graphic statement. Through January 26, $5 of every print of "Much Love" sold will go to the Red Cross Haiti Relief effort.

All My Little Friends

Hello, strangers! I have been battling a mid winter cold/flu/something that has left me watching movies and doodling and sipping hot drinks and not too much else for the last few days. BUT there has also been a huge flurry of work and projects around here, which I am thrilllllllllled about.

One project is a new series of prints I am working on, all to be introduced in the next week or two. Here is the first I want to share.

"All My Little Friends" will come in two color ways, this pink and a sophisticated grey.

These prints will be large, printed on 13" × 19" paper, with the actual image measuring somewhere in the 11" × 14" range.

These have a vintage children's book feel to me, and I have to be honest, I am a big fan of these. Weird to say about my own work, but true. : )

I wanted to create a piece with darker, richer colors and this has hit the spot for me.

I love animal symbolism and behavior, when they possess a trait we value so highly. Who doesn't love seeing a duck couple at a pond? Or a mother lion being so tender with her cubs, or even your household cat letting her instinct rule?

I certainly want to explore this more in my work…

In other news… HALLOWEEN!! It's so close! This is the first time we will be in an actual house where there might be trick-or-treaters. I have to go get candy ASAP!

Tomorrow, I think we will be pumpkin carving! Does it get any better?

Little Ones Print Set

Hooray! A new print set is in the shop.

I've had these two little ones drawn for some time but I had to live with them for a while before I could figure out what colors would suit them best. I imagine them in a little one's room (hence the title) but I wanted it to feel like either a boy's or girl's room would suit them.

I have to say I am a bit disappointed in fall's regression. It was chilly there for a second and now it is back to warmish days. That's OK—I'll fake it until we make it. I am going to bake some cookies that I promised my mom. I hope your week is off to a great start!

Partners in Crime

Most of us have one if not more. Drew… my girlfriends… sometimes my mom. I wanted to celebrate that oh-so-special relationship with a new print. Which is now available in the shop!

I like to imagine they are holding pumpkins behind their backs. : ) Ohhhh… fall…

Speaking of my mom, she is actually in town as somewhat of a surprise visit, so I will keep this short and sweet.
