Really, is it Thursday already? As I've mentioned before days are just moving in a blur. Tonight Drew and I are going to watch The Office Christmas episode and cook dinner and hopefully get some holiday wrapping done. We have both been so busy that even though we're in the same apartment right before I fall asleep I realize, hey, I didn't really even talk to you..hmm. Despite the case of the busies I've certainly had some time to do some browsing and buying!! Here are some presents from me to me :)

I also bought this for drew (drew do NOT click this button) and I obviously love it too. It looks like it's sold out, but more are coming I believe.
And I am doing a trade with the amazing ashley white jacobsen who was so kind and agreed to paint me this!!
Two of her oh so adorable bunnies facing each other with a black background. I can't wait to hang it. I have clicked on her bunnies on etsy for some time and this is just perfect :)
While my little indulgences are just that some of my dream gifts have a far more hefty price tag. I would love love love to get one of these.
urrggh I can't find a not tiny blurry picture. But a flat file in white for my work is something that I would just die to have but in that well if I have that "I must be living in my dream apartment living my exact dream life" sort of way.
Two of our friends just got back from Chicago (I read that word as IKEA) and found this ALEX drawer unit
So this might prove to be a really good temporary (or not so temporary) solution. I find myself frequently doing that. Buying something that mostly fits my needs until I can upgrade to the thing I really want. I have done that with coffee tables. I am currently doing that with bookcases. The thing I want is very similar to the thing I have but not quite. I guess I'm stating the obvious seeing as how that's probably what most people do.

I have tried to go to the site to build my own before...but oh all the chances to make a wrong color choice. I've thought about it long and hard and I still cannot decide on a color scheme. Go there if you haven't it's very fun...
Right now I'm ashamed to admit that I schlepp my stuff to the PO in a giant Linens n Things tote and whatever random thing I can find. I shove things in my old H & M purse and There's just stuff everywhere. I have broken a couple other canvas totes trying to jam it full of supplies or my computer or anything. I think it's time to invest in something a little better.
